Day 153 – Barbecue Chicken and Eggs

Day 153 - Barbecue Chicken and eggs

Grilling on a chilly evening. The main attraction of this time’s grilling is that I even grilled eggs, not directly on the grill though. I placed an aluminum foil over the grill, sprayed with cooking spray, cracked the eggs on it, covered the grill and when the eggs got cooked, drizzled barbecue sauce over it and served it on top of grilled chicken. At first my husband wasn’t happy about the idea of grilling eggs, when he had a taste of grilled eggs he changed his mind and requested for another one. It tasted incredible along with the sauce.

Me: Nope, pasta scrambled eggs right from the start :P Him: Whatever and gobbled up. In my mind: Whoever came up with the name scrambled eggs is a genius! Have a great weekend everyone!
